For celiacs
Actually, The Philippines will not be
easy for celiacs because, as in most of Asia, soy sauce is used in most dishes.
In adittion, they dont know anything about the gluten.
Manufactured products are not labeled
properly for intolerant and allergic. Rarely labels and ingredients are written
in English.
The easiest is to buy fresh food such as rice, vegetables, meat, seafood and after cooking.

Ice Cream similiar Frigo
There is a the ice cream brand
"Frigo" with another name. It does not indicate whether the ice
creams are gluten free, but I tried the same ice creams are gluten free in
Spain: magnums (white and almond magnum magnum). I had no problem with them.
7th Note Cafe (inside 7 Stones Reort, Bulabog
Beach)
I was thrilled to find this restaurant in Boracay. They had a menu with some dishes gluten-free like pasta or burgers. While there, I checked the 7 Stones resort, it is expensive, but beautiful!!!

In my first day, I ordered pasta, but
too much raw for me. But now i know that filipinos cook vegetables and the rest
a little raw. The second time that i was there, I met
the owner (celiac also) and she explained me the special menu for the weekend
.. More expensive, but delicius, speacially the Cheese cake!. The third time I went, after being a
long time talking to the chef, he was wrong and served me a hamburger with
regular bread. I asked the waiter three times and three times he told me it was
all gluten free. Finally, the chef came and he said that he had been a mistake.
The last time I went they had pasta and burgers. Actually, I
enjoyed a lot because i was hungry and the food was good.
